Snap-On CPT-101?

Snap-On 1/4 CPT-101, Canada, no date code

Any idea about this? Could not find it when searching online.

Looks very similar to PP-409 but slightly longer and only 1/4" wide opening.

I mean google must not index frankmurch.com. There was no other hit for CPT101 online, though now that I started this thread it will probably show a hit to this thread since garagejournal.com is indexed.
