Snap-on crow foot with no part numbers?

Does anyone out there know something about these two tools?
One is marked only snap-on 1" 12 pt. 3/8 dr. looks very new-has flank drive-barely scuffed-been in my toolbox about 15 yrs.

The other one is closed wrench 7/8 12 pt-1/2 dr. also new looking w/ only minor toolbox scuff

any help on these??

I have the exact 7/8" crows foot that I got off eBay; say DOE with a scratched out X on it; I'm guessing these were made for the government ...

I don't think these were made for the government. You can still buy them new for $29 each.
