Snap-on CTS561CL

Ok I got this Cordless screwdriver after find out about the CTS561. I was about to buy the CTS561, but after reading that bad things about it was that is didn't have a clutch slip. So after reading some threads on here that the CTS561CL came out. Then I had to get it.

Ok my first impression was that it is small and it would different help my installing some after alarms between area I can't get a regular size drill in. It does have a nice cushion grip. But it does get dirty quit. It feels really light even with the battery. But I didn't like how the battery snaps on to the case. But its not that bad as a stuck electrical connector. Also the charger does charge the battery fast. Even though snap on says it takes 55 mins to charge.

Ok this are my first impression I have yet to try it out to check the torque and the clutch slip.

Ok after using it for the first time. I have to say it has enough torque to remove mostly any tiny bolts or screws. The clutch also works well when I didn't want to strip a screw that was going into plastic. Helps out also not to break plastic trim pieces.

Now for size. It is small. Did get into tiny spots when my impact driver couldn't get underneath. Also the big trigger switch did help when I was in those tiny spots. Also another thing I like about this driver is that it could take any driver bits without any problems.

To sum up everything. Its a good and small power screwdriver for the money.

Little tip when using this tool on particle board. Set the clutch at 3-4 when screwing screws into pre drill holes. Safe and gets it tight enough.
