snap-on cts761 headlight repair help....?

Hey everyone, I've been lingering around here for a while now but haven't posted much. Anyways, today I bought a used snap-on cts761 with 2 batteries and a charger, I really bought it for the charger and batteries for my 14.4 ratchet since someone broke into our shop and cleaned off my charging station on top of my box (thank god I habitually lock my boxes). So I got the gun, the 2 batteries, and the charger for 125. Well i recklessly just made sure the driver worked, and got the goods and drove home. We'll now that I'm home I've noticed the 2 headbeams don't work. Has anyone else had this issue? Since I bought this used how can I got about getting this fixed.....or should I just chalk it up and use it as is? Any help is greatly appreciated

I'd use it. Do you really need the lights? If you want it fixed, I'd talk to the snappy driver.
