Snap-On Date code?

Hi. I just bought this Snap-On OEX180 9/16" Combo Wrench from eBay, and the date code stamp doesn’t seem to match any on the list. Well, at least none that I can tell.

Can someone help me identify it? Thanks!

Looks like 1990 to me.

Yeah, the inner lemon-shape () does look like 1990. I had no idea that they put a border around these. That is what threw me off..
