How can you not be a fan of Snap-on?

I'm a retired bodyman/fabricator and just could not see spending that kind of money for a tool when I could spend less than half of that for Sk, Lisle, Williams and other brands that functioned just as well for me when I was buying tools. Mostly back in the early 60's-70's. I still have most of those original tools and they have served me very well. The tools I don't still have are those that were stolen in a burglery years ago and not because of failure. I have no real issue with Snap-On, they are a top quality tool I am told, but the price!

Those are not threw sockets. The design of the socket is for low clearance. There is a normal 1/4" drive in the top of the socker. They just about will not work on a nut with any threads from thh bolt sticking threw. I have the sae set and use it a couple times, but that is more just because I have it, not because it is the only thing in the world that could possibly work. $50 is a good price, but it is kinda a pointless tools.
