Snap on Dealer Rave

The Snap on man visited my shop today and I asked him to take a look at two older 1/2 drive Snap on ratchets that had recently been given to me. He took them to his truck and rebuilt one of them and cleaned and lubed the other. I was only going to ask if he would sell me the rebuild kits, so I think he went above and beyond considering I have never bought anything from him! I still haven't drank the Snap on Kool Aid, but his gesture did make me a little thirsty!

My snap-on guy is the same way, and ive never purchased from him (until monday), i bought all my snappy stuff when i worked across town from the other guy.

Was very pleased with my "hot sleeve" purchase and him replacing a screwdriver blade that wasnt even broke just "knicked" from using it improperly lol aka chisel

I've never had a bad experience with Snap On.It's what I buy most.

I agree my Snap On guy is great. He stops in every tuesday to BS for a few minutes. He is not at all pushy and he rebuilt a ratchet I had. I have spent only $75 with him.

Good experience here all around. Our guy is fairly new to us, and is great also.

Alot of the techs dont like our snap-on rep. He isnt the easiest to get along with and one of those guys that "you have to learn", but we get along fine. His prices **** but he knows he can get list price so thats what he sells at, never seen a deal from him

It seems that I always get a discount even on "non special" items. I always pay off in no more than 2 visits if I use truck credit at all. Those guys constantly get burned by dirtbags that bail on them se I treat him well and returns the favor.
