This popped up on a local Craigslist for $150... says everything works, but description is in really poor English, really not sure what all it does, or even what questions to ask about it. Seems like it's worth $150 just for the decoration value in a garage, but does anyone know more about these?

Its old enough that I would say what you get is what you get. I do not now what you would do with it on any modern car, much less how the person selling it checked it out that it all works.

What I have seen many do is gut the meters and have a nice roll around shop bench. Keep the meters if you want in box in the attic, when you want to sell it someday in working condition.

Decent price if it all works
There are still, people that like that stuff for working on the classic cars.
I would offer $100 and then sell all the meters individual to people and then keep the cabinet for myself

Well I'm shortly going to have a '55 Jag, and have a 79 Mazda RX7 race car... Obviously no use for modern cars.

But what meters etc does it have? At $150 or less is it worth having for antique vehicles? Currently my diagnostic tools consist of a multi-meter and timing light..
