Hello everyone I bought a Snap-On jumper model EEJP600i110 for 50 dollars on OfferUp I figured it didint so I still went ahead and bought it the guy swore to me it worked but when I tried to put in the aux charger to charge my phone it wouldn’t charge.. i also tried putting it in my car batter it does read the amps but doesn’t charge.. my biggest concern is it worth fixing does it need a new battery and is the battery cheap. Ect.. Made a YouTube video to show you guys

The battery is probably smoked. There's a reason they only come with a 1 year warranty. If it was so dead that it wouldn't even indicate it worked it some way then the battery is smoked.

That's a starter with old old technology, which is beaten by a portable $50 Li-Ion battery jumpstarter from Costco, and it can fit in the glove box. In terms of money/performance, it's not worth it.

If you like to fix stuff, it seems a fun project. I would open it up to see if there is any fuse blown. Then test the charging circuit to see if the circuit works. Then I would even try to rebuild the Lead Acid battery, such as change the acid mix in it.

Sounds like you might have bought a dud. If you’re up for a project you might be able to get it up and running again.
