Does anybody know how to remove these trim pieces? Also, the part numbers for them and the caps on the end? Thanks very much. Any help is appreciated.

I tried pulling them off. If those things are being held on by adhesive then that is the strongest adhesive on the planet. There definitely is an adhesive strip behind it similar to double stick tape. I guess Im going to pull all the drawers out and see if there are any screws holding it on.

Does anybody know how to look up replacement parts for an epiq box? I have tried in every way possible to find parts on snap on site and on google and the only thing it will pull up is drawer guards. Do we have a snap on rep on the forum?

I tried to get the pieces across the drawer but they said I had to buy new drawers.

I think you can purchase the pieces you're talking about. I was looking at a used box with a hutch and he said around a grand to change them out

No problem!! Looks like the sidekiqs repair parts also have the plastic end pieces.

If anything, you should also call Snap-On to confirm. But I doubt they are different for full sized Epiqs because they stand at the exact same height

Well, I just wanted to say that I just got off the phone with snap on customer service and I have to say I couldnt be more satisfied. The rep I spoke with, her name was sana and she was incredibly helpful. I havent really dealt with warranty stuff over the phone before but I will gladly rate my experience today as a 10! Sorry for the off topic rant but I had to give credit where its due.

No, I actually didnt ask but I did find out that those pieces are NOT covered under warranty. I will have to purchase those pieces. I think they almost have to fastened by a stud and a nut but could be wrong.
