Snap-On Epiq won't unlock, any ideas?

I bought a snap on epiq 68 and havent been able to unlock it since it was delivered to my house. Anybody know how I can get in this box?

When I helped my little brother move his master series triple via trailer last year it would'nt unlock. Snap on dealer had to replace the locking rod that bent somehow in transport. Good luck and contact your dealer.

If it uses the same mechanism as a KRA you can open them (easily) without a key but im not sure if i should post how to here as it's a public forum ?

Ask the owner for the key.

A similar thing happened to me when I moved my epiq to our new house. Turned out the second drawer came out just enough to jam the locking bar. I guess it got bumped in the trailer and dislodged somehow. All I did was give it a bit of a hip check to close the drawer and it unlocked. Not sure if it's the same issue you're having but it's worth a look

I bought another key. The original keys are locked in the top drawer. I have reached out to a local dealer but he hasnt responded to any of my texts since early February. I'm not sure what else to do.

Call the local lock smith. A good one will be able to bypass the lock quickly.

Well, i tried pushing in the drawers and engaging the lock but that didnt work either. I guess I will get in touch with a lock smith. If anybody has anymore ideas please throw them out there. Thank you.

Don't do anything stupid and mess the box up. Call snap on forget the local.
