So im at a crossroads here, i need more space. I have a 60" snap on epiq and a roll cart, and theyre completely full, im plum out of room. Lately i've been getting alot of specialty tools that take up alot of room such as things in blow molded cases and seal drivers, presses, etc. Normally i would be cheap and just get another roll cart or some lockable file cabinets or something, but the current night job wants to keep tech's to one box and one roll cart due to people getting out of control hoarding junk so i'm thinking that an addition to my box is in order. I'd really like to add on to this box instead of trading up to a bigger one because i dont have any payments on this box and i happen to really like it. Does anyone have any pictures of epiq's with side cabinets or lockers on them? I saw on snappy's website that they make an addition to it that has like 3 or 4 more normal drawers and then a big open area like a mini locker and it even has 2 more casters on it which basically would turn my 60" tool box into a 90" box (the addition is 30x30") Input from people who have these end cabinets and how they like them would be greatly appreciated. I could add a fullsize locker for almost the same price, but they dont have as much of a useful layout for me, and i dont have a hutch on my box so it'd look awful goofy lol.

This is my dads set up. He had two of the yellow KRL boxes and traded for the EPIQ. The only thing I don't like about it is the height.

Damn that's a sexxy setup! I hear you about the height, that's why I haven't put a top on mine and would rather a side cabinet! Even at 5'10" I can't imagine being able to use all of the top drawers on a box that is already this tall

I've seen it done and don't think it's really goofy at all (shrug)

It's no different than having a workbench next to a standing cabinet, or your kitchen counter next to a standing cabinet for that matter

Then again I'm told I look goofy so maybe I can't judge goofyness.....

Here is my 84" with a power locker. Depending on how many cases you need to store, you may not want the power locker.

I don’t see how you would store blow molded cases without a locker. A few would fit in a deep drawer but not enough. I bought an 84” wide Sandusky cabinet for my garage. It takes 3 shelves to hold all of my specialty tools.

Sweet Victory, your setup is awesome.
