Just letting anyone know that lives in the Los Angeles are that there is going to be a little Snap On event be held at the Queen Mary in Long Beach. Starts at noon on this Saturday.

Last time they did it there was some raffles for roll carts and jackets and tools were anywhere from 20%-35% off.

Yeah, it was pretty much a flop, the one i went to last year was much bigger. The dealers that were there didn't seem too happy at the turnout. Couldn't have been more than 25 people pass through all day. There wasn't even special deals of any kind.

Went to this event in Columbia, MO 24Apr10. Was not expecting much as it was pouring rain and cold. Not much they could do about the weather, but overall not very good event planning. I was one of three spectators there at the time and the reps were more interested in talking among themselves than about their products. No freebies or catalogs handed out, but I did enjoy looking at the EPIQ tool box, the car, and the bike.

What possibly could the additional $$ amount to, to give away or discount some hot items?

Announce that and they'd come in droves.
