What in the hell are you talking about, could you be a little more vague?:headscrat:spit:

What extension set?

half a set or half an inch?

it wouldn't hold onto the ball on what, the ratchet?

Did it fall off just sitting there, or when you pulled on it?

Does WHO pay for shipping?

How does WHAT work?

If all the extensions fall off the ratchet, maybe the ball on the ratchet is defective. It seems more logical that a complete set of extensions would not be defective.
I would just find the local Snap-on truck and pay him/her a visit.

I assume you ordered it through the web? I donno, I'd find a local S/O truck to exchange it in. Call / Email customer service from the website.

Oh my my.....:wtf:

I tested them on my 1/2 ratchet (non locket button) and it works fine.

So, i guess it's my 1/2 locking ratchet:headscrat

When i put the extention or socket on and if i pull them, it comes off.

cant believe locking one fails

If the ratchet that will not hold the extensions or sockets is the quick release type, then ensure that the mechanism that slides within the square drive is not full of dirt, thus preventing it from returning fully and holding the dedent ball out against the socket. This has happened to me in the past. Try flushing it with WD40 or similar product.

i will try clean it now!!

socket or extension goes on without pushing the button. it should not, so i guess like you said, dirt might trap inside.

Sunrise, sorry to hear that.

I emailed them once (need to do it again), about warranty. As we have no regional location anymore, and we didn't have a driver in our area (that is questionable now), they shipped a box, with a RMA label. They require/requested (insurance purposes), a listing of what you sent (item numbers and amount), in case the package was damaged in transit. I dropped it off (I think the local UPS center) and received a new package (replaced) in about 10 days.
