snap on F-710 LS info

Snap on f-710LS, found this with the sockets in the styrofoam case. Seems like they all came together but Google search only showed up with a couple pics of the ratchet. It has a date code from 65 on it. Anybody on here know anything else about these? It only has snap on and model on the metal cover on the head of the ratchet, nothing stamped on the handle itself or above it.
