Snap On F712 rachet

Just bought 1 on Ebay and it arrived last night. It's in good shape but the Snap On script is certainly older. Nice rachet but certainly not a 80 tooth. Just curious if anyone has any idea when it was made. No date code on it.

I'll try posting a picture but that usually doesn't work too well on my computer.

between the on and off letters there is sometimes a small letter or if youtake the cover plate off and turn it over some ratchets have a latter/number on them as well.
