I was watching some Dale Earnhardt ones on ebay. They only went for $20 shipped for the pair.

I know there is a lot of hate for the instinct stuff, but the more I play with them, the more I want some.

The only real problem with the Instinct Handle is that it isn't better than what it replaced. They are a little on the large side but, you can get either hard or softgrip versions in a few colors. You can get used to them.

I think they're real nice, although I prefer the previous gen soft grips. I'm also a fan of the soft grip ratchets. I don't know why alot of people on here hate them so much. I think they clean up nice, feel nice and comfy, and give you a little more leverage. I have both and I always go for the soft grip first. SO man say his custumers are split down the middle leaning toward the soft grips. I asked why they don't have USA stamped on them anymore, and he said he didn't know. I'm dissappointed that the guts may be made in taiwan, but damn those are some smooth ratchets, I especially like the 1/2 drive.

I just bought a set of instinct hard handle screw drivers today, I like the feel of them. They fit my hand real well, and i am happy with them.....

Merk, I'm surprised. It looks like some Frankenstein ratchet to me and is priced way more than it should, but I'm a building code official and like things all neat and tidy.

The ratchet is an abomination. The ghost of SO past is going to be visiting someone real soon.

The instinct handles I actually do like, at least the hard handle version. I'd like them much better if they were one solid color though.

I love the instinct soft grip handles, maybe my hands are bigger or something but the feel and size is very nice, that ratchet looks like it might be nice to change oil with or something
