Snap-On FAR 70A USA air ratchet

Cleaning out some junk today and I ran across this. I had picked it up years ago when a friend bought a house and we were cleaning out the shed out back. Guy said I could have if I wanted he was about to throw it away. Anybody know much about it, how old it is or whether you can still get parts for it?

I have one of these as well, agree, wish that I could get it fixed but ....?

My dealer told me that it was worth $100 trade in credit
