My mom loved the pink ratcheting SO screwdriver I got her and my step dad got very jealous. I was going to order him a black one, but on the truck today I saw that they had them in gray for Father's Day. They also had a four pack of comfort handle screw drivers in gray as well. Needless to say, I got one for my step dad. Hope he likes it. Price was $50.

My guy Erick has been awesome. He makes it by almost every week since I am about two miles from his house. I met him at the Snap On No Compromise tour and ended up on his truck on a whim... out of the ten trucks, I picked the one that was the closest to my house. Sometimes the tool gods work in mysterious ways...

I don't have that problem at all. Now that I don't have a shop, even though I still build bikes for customers out of my home shop, I'm sure I would be considered a "hobbyist". My Snap-On guy is awesome! I think he actually likes me because I pay for everything on the spot. No financing needed. So he gets his money on the spot and I get a cash discount. Works out well for us both!

Plus He's around my area 5 days a week, so if I ever need anything, I can get to him within about 10-20 minutes. Closer and easier than a Sears... and with better service!

Depends on the dealer. I met my dealer while he was at the shop next to one of my work sites. I told him I wanted to buy an F80 - cash. This was almost 2 years ago and thousands of dollars later. I don't have a shop nor work in a shop. He extended me truck credit which I paid far more than the minimum amount, got a CS/truck credit split, paid it all off. I made it a point to learn his route and pay him every week, sometimes twice a week. Just purchased a new Classic 96 which was delivered right to my house/garage. If I order something he gets it, if I need something that he doesn't have, he finds it. He's given me huge discounts on items. A box of hard handles for Christmas. Etc. Etc. I would say I'm a hobbiest and a perfered customer. I know this isn't true for all dealers, maybe I just got lucky.
