Snap-On Find - Good deal?

I came across this on Craigslist. I don't particularly need the Volt/Ohm meter, but I could use the other two. Plus, I'd have an extra Dwell meter I could give away or sell. However, I know nothing about these models of equipment or their values. Thoughts from the GJ brain trust?
