snap on flank drive plus adjustable wrench

I want to buy a set of these. Do they mar up bolts at all with the little teeth? I work on a lot chrome. My snap on rep said they dont. Is he right?

Please try the Knipex pliers wrench for that task.

I know in the catalog, they state that they do have a chance to mark up bolts for the FDP wrenches, and they recommend normal wrenches for tasks where the bolt can't be marked up. I wouldn't expect the adjustable ones to be any different.

+1 on both of the above. I have the 12" SO fdp adjustable, and it will leave teeth marks.
