100% feedback? I'd buy from the guy. Probably got them for $80 reselling for $109. It's basic business.

That is another reason why I figured I would give it a try. Like I said, all this time and no ratchets to be had around here. The SO guy cannot explain it either.

My SO guy had them, 12 of them. I bought 6 and the rest were gone by the next week. They are a very hot item.

What I cannot understand and SO corporate cannot explain is why some area of the country have plenty and others have nothing. The most recent Ebay auctions have gone for well over list price. This is truly crazy.

I purchased one of the FLL80's that was offered on the auction listed above. I was reluctant since I read what happened to the other guys recently on Ebay but with PayPal protection, there is nothing to lose. Besides, there are still no FLL80's available near me in NY.
I will follow up with any progress or problems as time goes on.

Just got a tracking number from the seller for priority mail delivery. :)

He probably has a dealer, like I said before I bought 6 and sold 5 of them.

List price is $129.99 correct? I wonder how cheap people are getting them from their dealers. I wouldn't think it would be too much below $100. If that is the case that is not much of a profit. Is it worth it?

There is another guy with 10 Fll80's on Ebay for $120.00 each and another auction for 1 starting at $140.00. Recently, they have been selling for as much as $145.00 not including shipping. Now that is a nice profit.

I bought all mine for $80.

I bought mine for $110.00. If the guy paid $80.00 and shipped it for $10.00 then he would be making $20.00 on each of the 10 ratchets, which I think is fair. When you say that you paid $80.00 was that including tax? If I purchase anything from SO whether on line or off of the truck, there is always tax added on.

But he also has to pay 15% in fees, eliminating any profit.

Some decent deals on those ratchets, but I'm not sure I'd ever use one of those so I passed.

No not including tax, but I never sold any of them for over retail.

Ratchet arrived this afternoon. I could not wait to use it. I have to say that it has a great deal of leverage making it perfect for fastener removal on some zero turn mowers that I work on where I was relying on a long combination wrench previously. A great tool.
