0642v20884 is serial number My guess it is a YA642. I have two of these I bought brand new 20 years ago. I bought them 6 months apart. Both died the same day.I would like to go through them both, My Snap On guy says no parts available. Is it best to replace pump assembly or to replace the seals

Rebuild the power unit. Seals are available. Snap On in that era use rebadged Walkers. An excellent design that once rebuilt should easily last another 20-30 years.

Looks just like the ya642 series c that I'm finishing up restoring. As far as parts are concerned from my research it's the same as a Lincoln 93642 series c. There are some really good jack guys on here that should be able to confirm. I have reproduced the original snap on stickers if you're interested.

If you'll do a search, you'll find step by step how to disassemble and reassemble on this site.
