Hello

I came across a SNAP ON YA700 Floor Jack that does not pump.

How hard is it to get going? What do you think it could possibly be?
What do you value a non-running jack?

Thanks for the help

I paid $50 for a YA642. I would put the same value, maybe slightly more on a YA700 that doesn't work. Also depends on the condition. Is their fluid inside or is it bone dry and rusty?

I heard it is for sale through the grape vine as I am on the hunt for a quality made jack.

There is rust but nothing to cry about. Not sure if it is empty or not, I doubt it. I will start low and see what he says.
