Snap On Floor Jack

Can any of you experts on rebuilding floor jacks tell anything about the condition from the pictures on this ad? I was considering going to take a look at it but I really don't know what to look for.

for $45, even if i couldn't get it repaired i'd hang it on the wall

That looks to be a Walker/Hein Werner that was made for Snap-on. They are easy to re-build and USA made IF I am right.

Hiball or one of the other jack gurus should be aroundin a bit to let us know.

USA made, either a ya-642, 700. And it won't last long at that price.
