Snap on fm711 3/8 in 1/4 body

I picked one of these up for a fairly good price, I didn't realize how small this thing is. Does anyone know the max torque this thing can Handel. It just seems pretty delicate to me and I don't want to break it. Does anyone know anything about these ratchets.

I go a FC936, I treat it like a 1/4 drive ratchet (which it is, essentially) and have not had a problem. I use mine for bit sockets or when there's limited access. Or just to spin a bolt on and tighten with a proper size ratchet or torque wrench.

Not really sure on the history bit. I know the older ones had around 20 to 30 teeth.

Yea it seems to have about 30 teeth or so. Would I be able to upgrade the internals to a dual80? SO seems to make one that looks like it with 80 tooth internals. Does anyone know if this could be done?

No, you can't convert an older one to dual 80.
