I got a used Snap On box. It's an older one with friction slides. I think the previous owner may have overloaded some of the drawers. The slides are bowed. I can't figure out a way to straighten them without ruining the slides. Is there a way to straighten them? If not is this something that can still be ordered from Snap On or am I just out of luck?

You should call them and see if you can get a replacement. 8-767 is I think the slide number for non bearing slides. Everyone will tell you to try and replace them with ball bearing slides.
eta weird this just came up I acquired a box today and it needs a slide replacement on one of the drawers
