Good Morning All,

This is my first post on this forum (though I've been browsing for some months!).

I have a GF720B 3/8 ratchet that I'd like to convert to quick release, as trying to get sockets off when you're covered in oil and/or its cold is getting tedious!

I've tried to do my homework by trawling the internet but I'm still unsure of the repair kit that I need for the conversion.

I could of course just buy a QR F723, but where's the fun in that! (plus I like the Industrial finish!).

If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be most grateful.

Thanks in advance.

I just converted an F720A (88 date code) to a quick release style with a RKRAF723 kit last week.

Worked out great.

Hope this helps.

Did you convert your GF720B? If so what kit did you go with and how did it work out? I have the same ratchet that needs a rebuild and would like to do the same thing.

Thanks!
