Snap On GM-70-m ?

Can anyone recognize this date stamp from my crappy pics.
I think it's 1939 but not sure. Font in the date code charts can vary slightly so resident Snap on experts are more help.

It looks like 1959 to me. I think mine was dated from around that time to.

That's what I thought at first but I think by 59 they had switched to the banded style handle. ?
The gear is a rebuild but Ive got the old one and it is 1/4.

They did not make this model in 39, started in like 44-45. This looks like a 55.
