I was just wondering if people could tell me what colors the Snap On hard handle ratchets and breaker bars came in. Of course I've seen the Black and Orange, but I want to know what other colors they all came in. I was also wondering if people have scans of the catalog pages that show all of these.

HOW RARE ARE THEY??

The order or rarity of colored handled Snap on's (NOT INCLUDING POZIDRIVE GRAY) goes:

Brown
Clear with sparkles and Clear
Purple
Pink
Light Blue
Ducks unlimited (hunter) Green
Maroon
White/Pearl
Lime green
Dark Blue
Red
Yellow
Orange
Black

There are colors for hard handles that are used on certain things.
The colors listed below are ones that were on picks and small Torx drivers.

There are no Factory Pink or Purple Breaker bars or Ratchets and no yellow handled ratchets. If you find one, please post a picture. I doubt anyone ever will.

Anything that is Snap on and Brown is rare. I have heard of the elusive Light purple or Violet but have never seen it, and much like BIGFOOT, I don't believe in it. Pink is rare but more common than brown or purple.

This thread could go for a while about what colors they used, and what they didn't.

black - EVERYTHING
white - Screwdrivers
lime green -Screwdrivers, * Torx
hunter green (Ducks unlimited) - Ratcheting Screwdriver, Screwdrivers
dark blue - EVERYTHING
maroon - Screwdrivers, Ratcheting Screwdrivers
brown - Screwdriver(?)
gray - POZIDRIVE
purple - Screwdriver, * Torx
light blue - Screwdriver, * Torx
pink - Screwdrivers, Ratcheting Screwdrivers, * Torx
orange - EVERYTHING
red - Screwdrivers, Ratcheting Screwdrivers, * Torx
yellow - Screwdrivers, Ratcheting Screwdrivers, * Torx

* Torx and Mini drivers

I have a bastardized half orange half maroon factory screw up screwdriver handle that is pretty cool. As far as ratchets, breaker bars and prybars go I think all of the factory combinations that I know of have already been mentioned.
