I have a few snap-on comfort grip ratchets that I want to convert to hard handle if possible.
The ratchets that I have are as follows
FHCNF72 3/8" round head
FH80
FHX80.

Does anyone know what hard handles I have to order and is are they a direct swap?
Will the FHD80-12 fit all three of these ratchets?
Thanks for all the help.

Nobody has swapped comfort grips for hard handles?

I've done it dozens of times.

different profile, it will not fit.

Not entirely accurate.

FHD80-12 is the correct 3/8" ratchet hard-handle. However, it is not a direct swap onto a comfort grip ratchet. The end of the ratchet handle will need to be cut shorter and depending on the ratchet, the hard-handles will need drilled out for a proper press-fit.

Does not fit for stock parts, you are modifying both of em...

So yes everything will fit...with grinder and a drill ...

Here's a comfort grip on top and a factory hard-handle on bottom.

However, last night, I just swapped handles on a FH80 and it had a stepped shaft - the section between the embossed bolster and the tang was almost 0.420" while the tang was about 0.310".
