Snap-on hard handle ratchet things?

At the local pawn shop they have some Snap-on tools of some sort. They are an orange hard handle like the screwdrivers but a single size ratchet on the end. It sort of looks like the old style ratchet wrenches. Can anyone help me out with the name and a price. They are a set of 5 standard sizes.
