We have orange for that slotted/phillips 7 or 8 pc set. Also neon green in same. Black for torx. At the time, the Snap guy said the green was "rare", but he may've only been referring to the colors he had.

THanks cb450r I'M thinking some colors were limited release or only sold to dealers in certain areas,I've had co-workers who've had dark purple screwdrivers just a regular set no promotion and pearl but not the chevy ones.My #2 stubby is kinda turqois color got it of the truck in 98 or 99 my snappy guy said it came in his order and he never saw that color but his brother who was a dealer in another state had several that came included in his order!

I was bidding on that to match my mini screwdriver set, I put in a max of $65, I couldnt believe it when i saw it went for about $95:eyecrazy::eyecrazy:

I paid about $145 for my 1/4" flex ratchet w/ light blue handle.

Too bad that they don't offer pink handles in the full-size version. My wife doesn't like miniatures.... :lol_hitti

They did.

Thats a good showing of most of the standard colors available... I'd be curious to see if anyone had any dealer literature on the special colors like the pink, etc.

Also interesting to see that the blue for the mini handled stuff was a different shade than the regular stuff. I had seen examples of both but didn't know they were exclusive.

I want to buy just one yellow-handled screwdriver, and make it a special tool for something. Maybe VW airbags. Just to have a yellow one..

Green and blue don't appeal to me so much, unless i adapt them into special tools and the colour is for colour-coding/quick refrence.

Do they have "Safron Bisque" or " Hazelnut Eggplant"?

Please don't take this the wrong way, but seriously what the heck difference does screwdriver color make? I can not ever remember making a screwdriver purchase based on color. People paying scandalous amounts on eBay for a particular color always amazed me.

Please set me straight.:headscrat

We're weird and obsessive.

Aside from that, i like the colour-coding. I know what each screwdriver is by its place in the drawer, but i still like to glance over and i know the red handled ones are long-shanked, the black/industrial ones are "the full set" the *********/chrome is my large philips etc.. so i know exactly which is which by colour. Aside from that, if you've got a choice of colour, choose one. And you aint gonna choose a colour you don't like.

I, for one, could care less. A while ago I was looking for some pink handles to surprise my wife with because she had started an HVAC class and was messing with tools at the time.

For myself, the handles could be sky blue pink with purple polka dots and I would be only mildly amused.

I always thought you were a little "fruity"...

Just kidding!

There are parts of me taht are fruity, and there are parts for me that definitely AREN'T.

What can I say, I am a complicated guy. You know of a guy over in your neck of the woods named Jason Kay (Jamiroquai)? I'm not quite as fruity as him

BTW - HUGE Jamiroquai fan here
