I like the look of the squared-off "teeth" on the inner portion of the jaws; less likely to cut a hose while rotating it. I've found
these Talon grip combination pliers are my best bet for holding on to constant tension hose clamps, especially at the odd angles often required. The fine teeth wear after a few months, but my Snap-on guy has been good about warrantying them so far. If he gets a pair of the 48BCFs, I'll probably give them a try.
