Anyone know if Snap-On ever made any metric Hex head drivers in the same fashion as their normal screwdrivers like they did for Torx?

I've done a quick search but the only thing that turns up is a small set of mini drivers.

I wanted these at one point but are not current production. I got the Bondhus ones and they're very nice. Get the briteguard or the gold, you'll be happy.

Yep, I got the Bondhus Ball End ProTip and I'm VERY HAPPY. Super comfy and haven't failed, and I've put some torque on them suckers.

I would've got the Snappy ones, but I found the Bondhus on sale on Amazon??? IIRC, for like 40-50 bux or something for both SAE and MM. I'm not made of money ya know.

Anyone actually own these? Found another image of these head on, since they don't have a bolster to hide the slots from the shank, and there are no slots visible, does that make these non replaceable unlike how most Snap-On hard handle drivers are?

Unless maybe the holes are drilled slightly smaller then the diameter of the hex shaft and the plastic deforms to fit the hex shape when pressed in?

I have the SAE set. I've had a couple of the shafts come loose in the handles. I would say that, yes, they do drill the holes undersized and then press the shanks in. There are no "t wings" like on a regular screwdriver handle.

I fixed my 1/8 and 5/32 by crazy gluing the shanks back in.

I have both metric and standard sets. Use them often in bike repairs. Rc planes use the small standard hex on everything.
