Snap-On IM31 3/8" drive impact issue

I have two of these and both do not hold a socket on the drive end. They are locking ring style, not lock ball. Are replacement lock rings available?

The hog ring at the end of the anvil? I know that my Matco and Mac dealers both have them on their trucks.

And according to this post: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1334782&postcount=5 there's an o ring under the hog ring on your gun

Yes the anvil side. I'll pull the ring off and look for an O-Ring or lack thereof.

Yeah my SO guy sells a little packet of rings and o-rings. A few bucks, can't remember the brand though. I bought it thinking I needed it on my MG325 but it just ended up being the socket itself.
