Snap on impact with void markings

I'm looking at a snap on impact gun from a pawn shop. Looks to be in good condition but it says void across the back side where the model info is stamped. Does anyone know what that means? Will I have any issues if I try to send it for rebuild? I'd ask my so guy but I won't see him till Thursday & don't want it to get away

I have no problem with that as long as it wasn't stolen. I'm working in a new area & don't want anyone thinking I'm involved in anything shady. Is there honest means that someone would own it or would that indicate it was borrowed & pawned. That sounds like one of the dumbest things you could do but you never know.

I had something that was same, I needed parts, dont know where I got the tool, my dealer didnt care as long as my money was green

That's my concern. Says void across the sticker. Guessing I could remove it but don't want to be dishonest. He seems pretty cool but like I said I'm working in a new area so I really don't know. I don't buy a whole lot off the truck but would like to make a good impression for future business.
