Thanks

I will see if there is a PDF or a list I can get. I have not had to order any. I just pull them from stock on the truck if I need one. take the blade out and use it for a customer or to drill out for a ratchet.

put the blade in a vise and leave about 1/4-5/16's of the blade exposed ( put it in horizontally ) and use a prybar and push the handle off the blade. I think there are pics under handle replacement threads.

How many do you need?

What size ratchets/screwdrivers do you plan on putting them on?

Color preference?

IDK, probly a just 1 or 2 for now. I might put one on a 3/8" ratchet. I like those instinct handles better than the soft grips that come on them now, and its a little different than a hard handle.

Im interested to know how to order replacement handles too. They must sell them since dealers are replacing them under warranty. I bought a brand new screwdriver set and my dealer told me Snap On only sells them with red handles. Now I know you can get them orange or green handles so I want to switch all my new screwdrivers green handles.

I'd find a new dealer, Snap On makes red orange green pink yellow and grey instinct handled screwdrivers sold in sets and some colors individually. I asked the same question about purchasing instinct handles, and the common answer I was no. I think you can get the instinct file handles or the remake of the hard handles.

Ive seen them available separatly in the catalog as file handles. I dont know if they can be used for drivers or ratchets though, they might have some type of insert. Just a thought.
