I know I'll get some smart a$$ replies like, "neither" I'm ready for that..:bigun2::rocketwho
But of those that have them, what do you prefer?

I personally prefer the hard handles. They will clean up easier when they get greasy. That would be my biggest complaint about the previous soft grip handles.

I love the new hard plastic with black rubbery area ones. Hate the gushy feeling rubbery ones from a while back. That is my experience. The basic hard handle I rate somewhere in-between.

Hard. The soft ones seem like a magnet for body dust and dirt and feel like holding a piece of sandpaper until cleaned.

I have both the soft and the hard handles from SO. I like the hard handles better. Just wipe them off and they are clean.

The soft grips get real grunge real quick.

I like the new soft grips a lot, but if I was a professional, I'd definately go for the hard instinct ones instead. As stated above, the issue is keeping them clean; since mine are not in constant use, I can live with that and chose the soft instinct grips, and they feel better to use than the hard ones. The soft ones do clean up nicely as well, just not quite as quickly and easily as the hard ones.

I have soft and love them. If cleaning is an issue, go for the hard handles. Me personally, I won't use them if my hands are greasy.
