I got a lead on K200/260 roller which needs replacement of both door handles. Does anybody know if there are identical or similar door handles sold by anybody?
Thanks!

I've looked for years for an original pair and have come up empty. There are non original handles that will fit but I don't know who the maker is. There are no marks on the ones I found.

Thank you, thehorse. Can you show me the picture and tell where you bought it from?(if it’s from a store)
Were both of your handles missing or damaged? If you still have one, please let me know (if I buy the box, one is better than none : )

I will get you some pictures for sure. The handles came with the box but I know they are not the originals. Inspection of these handles gives me no clue on the manufacturer but given the quality of the steel, they are made in the USA and are not modern production.

Stay tuned.

Here ya go. These are the handles that came with my roller. I haven't found an original pair yet but I also haven't exerted much effort in looking. It's on my second tier project list.

I currently have only one urgent top priority project. I'm pretty sure that you know a little something about it already.

Thank you!

I wish I was as organized as you - keep jumping from one small project to another based on how busy I am...
That’s why I like small tool restoration - does not take as long and feels good (have small rusty Heyco W Germany 8-13 wrench for tonight : )

Just for comparison here are a picture of mine. The box they came on was in almost too good condition to not have been previously restored at some point. I’m not sure if they are original. But this does give you an idea of what else might work.

Thank you, Alienbaby.
It’s good to know that only one has lock. The box I am hoping to get has one ripped off (with some shallow dent on the same side and another one mangled(but showing the lock)
I hope to get a yes or no on my offer next Saturday or Sunday when owner is back

These are the handles on mine. Left handle does not turn, right has a lock. I purchased the box from the son of the original owner and it still has the keys so am reasonably confident they are original.

AlienBaby17 and OldTuleGuy both have original handles on their K200 rollers. Sooner or later I will run into a set for myself and hopefully others who need them. SnapMom was out of them years ago when I asked her if she had any laying around in her parts bins.

Thank you, OldTuleGuy

I sometimes wonder why SO did not release an exact copy of K60/K200-260 when they made the weaker copy. I think there would be a lot of interest in them
