It came with a bag of hardware:

2 types of fasteners, Phillips and a hex/flathead.

questions; which hardware did you guy use? Any washers? I'm trying to avoid scratching or marring the powder coat.

What are the plastic fasteners for? they're like extensions?

I just bolted it in with the small bolts and threw out the rest.

Same here, I just used the small screws and the nuts, and for the power cord wrap i went to the hardware store and got some little rubber washers to avoid scratching my paint

I used stainless pop rivits on both my cart and inside my hutch.
