Snap On knife age?

I’m trying to figure out how old this Snap On pocket knife is. I searched the forum, but didn’t see the same knife anywhere. I am guessing 70’s-80’s? It’s made by Kershaw. Thanks!

Late 80’s early 90’s. I remember my dealer having that model and the fixed kershaw blade that had a black and red rubber handle. He also had the kershaw that looked similar to the picture you have, but you could replace the blade with different styles of blades.
