Snap On KRA-125 Tool tray

Here is the latest, a quick internet search turns up really no information on this little box. Back is stamped KRA 125. I assume 1963. Is this part of a larger set? Or a box for a certain Snap On tool set?
Going to sand and repaint . It is a perfect fit for under the truck seat.
