guy's would like to ask if this unit is original or imitation, ive googled it and i found some pictures of the logo without underline (mine have an underline on it).. its kinda new but im not familiar with this stuff. plan to sell it on ebay and i dont have a slight idea how much this worth.. hope you enlighten me guys.

It's real alright. It has a regular ratchet instead of the correct flex head ratchet. Were it me I would list it for $99 on Ebay for an auction or $120 as a buy it now going by SOLD prices.

You can always try a higher price and if it doesn't sell the first time relist for lower.
