I bought this Snap On roller for $85 and I am having a hard time finding any information on it. I have spoken to Snap On and it is in fact real and its a KRA-352H. Obviously it need restoration, so that will be in the works as well. Would anyone be able to tell me anything about it?

Can't see any info on the H part of the code but here is the catalogue for the "KRA-352 roll-cab" (its on page 4)

This example looks like the bottom 2 draws were added later as I think its suppose to be a flip open door.

I can't tell you too much and I own 2 KRA-352 (unsure about suffix) roll cabs. Both of mine have 3 shallow drawers and 2 deep drawers above the lock. Below the lock, one box has a door with an open section and the other cabinet has a deep drawer and a deeper drawer. Whatever is going on with yours below the lock doesn't look factory although the slides are factory installed inside the open compartment to add drawers. The locking mechanism has some weak points so someone has added the hasp and bracket for an external lock bar. It's had a hard life but looks like it still has some life left in it.
