That's awesome. I figured I'd clean it up and eventually repaint it. Are the friction slides lifetime warranty? I know the ball bearing ones are.Depends on your market. Cleaned up and with the drawers sliding good maybe $250 tops where I live.
All you need to do is remove those drawers and clean out the years of grime that have built up on the slides. You stole it for $40.
That box out my way would be listed on Craigslist in the range of $200-$300.

Pull out the drawer and look for a tab that serves as a stop. Push that in with a screwdriver and pull the drawer past. Clean with solvent and use lithium grease or your favorite.How do I remove the drawers? And what type of lube?
