This is a 40in wide twin bank box right? I'd say that is a fair to good price. The KRA's are too small (especially depth) for most professional techs but good for the shade tree wrench spinner. I work with a 40in wide KRA top and bottom with the full width drawers, same exterior dimensions as the one you are looking at but greater storage space because of the single wider drawers.
I bought my 12yr old top and bottom 40in KRA combination for $1,000 a little over a year ago (not long after I started visiting GJ. sometimes I want to curse this place). I did sell my much older 26in wide top and bottom KRA's for $500 at the same time so I ended up getting nearly double the storage for $500 out of pocket.
