Snap-on KRA270A hinges

I picked up a Snap-on KRA270A storage cabinet that had been stored on its side in a damp garage. one of the hinges is all rusted. I drilled out the rivets on it and have been soaking it with PB blaster for a few weeks, and I still cant get it to move.
I would like to replace the hinge and re-rivet it again. Any source for the hinge and rivets? Snap-on does not list the hinge.

Do a search of suppliers of piano hinge. Comes in different lengths and sizes.

Soak it in Evaporust for a few hours. Then clean and paint the bare steel.

What about electrolysis to remove the rust?

I may try evapo rust. I'll see if I can find some local.
