Have you tried calling Snap On support? I'd imagine they'll either send you the part or a whole slide if it would fix your problem.

I don't know the specific model of my box, but it is a KRA from the 70's and I had one bent drawer slide and they gave me a new set for the drawer. I got mine off the truck through my friend. They are still available, just not off the website.
no dice on free parts but i did get free shipping.
new nameplate with 3 new speed nuts, and new slide clip. i ordered 3 so id have a few spares. for the future. they were .46 cent each.
total with new nameplate was 20 bucks. i can live with that.
i didnt realize the box was so new. looks late 80's to me but serial number shows 1995.
first experience with snap on, cant complain other than being put on hold to verify the correct nameplate, but he wanted to be sure. if it shows up right im golden.
