I bought a Used Snap On KRA4107 & KRA4114 and I'm missing the Rubber matt that goes in-between the two boxes. Snap On wants $45 for the rubber mat which is nuts. Anyone where I can get one cheaper or any specs on how thick this mat is and maybe I can buy a Mat at home depot and make my own.

$45 for a $5 matt? Absurd, almost as bad as a charity which spends $95 on telemarketers to get $5 .....
Lowes has ribbed vinyl floor runner by the foot 1/8 black off a roll, approx $5.68/ft, Home Depot may have the same ( they use too).

$2.68, never tried this....

You might look at HD ribbed mat, approx 2x Lowes thickness but they discontinued at my local HD.

As said above ^^^, Cheap, easy, and better than the purchased mat = ribbed vinyl floor runner material sold by the foot at lowes. It runs under $2.50/ft and it's 36" wide. I use that on two roller boxes for mats and drawer liners.

Do they even come with mats? And why are you so cheap on the mats but you will pay for a high price box? It's like buying a Mercedes and putting rubber mats from Walmart in it.

Got any friends in the auto body business? Lots of bumper covers and other parts come wrapped in a thick foam that would be perfect to go between the boxes. Got a big sheet of it in the back of my truck right now.

The new ones come with matts. I bought a used on from a dealer, and he supplied new matts.

Someone makes them for Snap-On.

I have one I am not using as I have a wood top on my box.

It is a heavy duty material not a vynal or rubber mat like you are thinking.
It is more like industrial belting with the reinforced webbing in it.

You can go to an industrial rubber suppy place locally that sells belting and buy a remnant for cheap and cut it. Or you can buy mine

I went to a local rubber supply warehouse and they sell rubber by the roll. It doesn't look the same as snap on's but serves the same purpose. Think I paid $30 for a 48in wide x 50ft? Roll.

You are going to laugh your asses off, but I just picked up a "trunk mat" at Aldi today for $2.99. The total size is listed at 39" x 47". It is not very thick but has a very nice anti-slip surface. For this price you could afford to buy 10 of them. I am going to go back and purchase a dozen of them for whatever purpose. Drawer liners etc.
